1. Who we are

store.tad.sg is operated by The Assembly Design Pte Ltd (UEN 202427717E), 3027 Ubi Road 1, #02-106, Singapore 408720.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Singapore dollars. The Assembly Design Pte Ltd is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged on your order. Full payment is taken at checkout by card or PayNow. Your order is confirmed when payment is received.

3. Made to order and lead times

Each piece is made to order. Lead times shown on product pages are estimates. If your order will be delayed by more than 4 weeks beyond the stated lead time, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy, including the access declaration and surcharges.

5. Returns and defects

Returns, cancellations and defects are governed by our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

6. Trade accounts and discount codes

Trade pricing is available only to approved trade account holders. Trade discount codes are personal to the approved account and may not be shared. We may cancel or re-price any order that uses a discount code the buyer is not authorised to use, and will refund any amount paid if the buyer does not accept the corrected price.

7. Product information

We take care to show colours, finishes and dimensions accurately, but screen colours and natural materials vary. Dimensions are nominal and may vary by up to 10 mm.

8. Pricing errors

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
